    I agree with part of what you wrote, and strongly disagree with another part.

    People rarely experience withdrawal symptoms and cravings when they stop smoking after visiting an experienced hypnotist.
    The physical part of this so called “addiction” is really very mild when you compare it to the physical addicting qualities of heroin, cocaine or alcohol.

    Take someone off of those other drugs “cold turkey” and you stand a good chance of a major physical problem, some even result in death!

    Cold Turkey is the main way that most smokers stop smoking. Do you know of anyone who has died from stop smoking cold turkey?
    I surely haven’t. But I certainly have read where death by disease has been attributed to the negative effects of continuing to smoke!
