NYC Hypnosis-Change Your Mind & Change Your Life

Weight Loss Hypnosis In Manhattan NYC

Marc Carlin, The NYC Hypnotist working with weight loss client

Welcome to the premier site in New York City, New York, for information about how NYC hypnosis is used in my office to help you and your fellow New York neighbors make changes in your behaviors, attitudes, and perceptions.  The work done in my Manhattan office is of great importance to me and certainly to you.  Your problems are solved in the fastest time possible using the most advanced methods known.

What Is NYC Hypnosis?

This is the type of hypnosis that is done in my office in New York City.  But more important than that is that the most asked question about hypnosis is; what is it? and how is it done?  I will look to answer your questions on this page.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind.  It is a state of focused attention, and letting go.  Letting go of the normal everyday need for critical assessment of what is going on, and just taking on the experience of calm and relaxation.  Well, that is only part of it.  The other part is allowing the experience to happen.  And a well trained and fully experienced hypnotist will enable their client to achieve an effective trance state for the work that needs to be performed.  The proper state of trance for change work is a state where you will become more suggestible than you would normally be.  That just means that you will be open to new ideas, and new thoughts, without being critical of them.  So that you will be more likely to accept these new ideas, and see how they work for you.  If you have spent the time to visit with me, it is understood that whatever you’ve been doing is not working so well for you.  That’s an indication that it’s time for a change.  And as change happens all the time, why not take this opportunity to direct the change the way that you want.

How Will You Hypnotize Me?

There are a number of ways to be guided into a trance state.  And examples of hypnosis are all around us.  If you have ever gotten lost in thought, imagined things that you expect will happen, or relived moments from the past that have already taken place, then you have been guided into hypnotic trance by your thoughts, or other people’s conversation.  Watching a story unfold on the big or small screen, reading an interesting book, and being drawn into the story fully, these are also examples of everyday hypnotic trance.

In my office I will guide you into trance, with your permission, in a number of different ways, depending upon your individual responses.  The process of guiding you into trance is called the hypnotic induction.  And as I mentioned earlier, this process is tailored to your needs.  That is the beauty of seeing an experienced hypnotist that is able to cater to you.  I can let you have the experience of hypnosis, and verify to you that you have achieved that remarkable state for powerful and profound change.

What If Change Comes And Goes?

Hypnosis done correctly, is a state where the changes that have escaped you so far becomes real to you, and within your grasp.  All that is really necessary at this point is that you truly desire the change that you claim to want.  If any roadblocks to your expressed change arise, the qualified hypnotist will be capable of finding the quickest path to your success.

How Long Will It Take?

While hypnotism for change is the fastest possible way for people to correct thoughts, habits, perceptions, and feelings, it usually takes more than one session for the change to be complete.  Think about this for a moment, your problem has been with you probably for a long time, months or years of time of repeating the problem.  It would be wonderful if you could break free of that problem in just one session.  But that rarely is the case.  The average person sees a hypnotist for between 4 to 6 sessions to create lasting change.  Compare that to years and years of unsatisfactory results doing nothing, or using other methods.

Effective Hypnosis

Hypnosis done correctly is one of the most effective methods for changing the way that you think. Thoughts lead to emotions and emotions lead to feelings which in turn lead to behaviors. So if your behaviors are out of sync with your intentions, perhaps learning a bit more about effective hypnosis might be the right thing for you to do.

Hypnosis is often in the news, I should know, I myself was featured on CBS-TV news not too long ago for the weight loss program that I introduced into the United States from England. That approach to weight loss was also profiled on Dr. Oz’ popular TV show recently, so I know what I’m saying when I tell you that hypnosis is often in the news.

Here’s another example of the medical community finally catching up with what hypnotists have known all along. This report was recently featured on Fox News. You can watch it here:

You can find out if hypnosis is the right solution to your problem by taking advantage of our evaluation program. There are 3 free evaluations available each month and you can find out if there is still one available for you by calling: 212 223-1832

Hurricane Irene Causes Fear In Some New Yorkers – Hypnosis Helps

Natural disasters will always be happening.  If you check the news, you will be able to find some kind of calamity happening somewhere around the world at any given time.  Whether it’s a small problem like an old tree limb falling on a car, or major disaster such as the category 2 Hurricane Irene that New Yorkers are bracing to handle this weekend.  The urgency of the potential for harm to property and lives creates confusion in people used to consistency in their lives.  And fear arises and can sometimes remain.  This type of fear can prevent you from taking the necessary steps to protect yourself and your family.

Hurricane Irene hits New York City

Hurricane Irene causes damage like this (Image by Elnias)

Fear is an emotional response that has been programmed inside of each of us and is meant as a mechanism for survival.  So when fear kicks in, you can be pretty sure that you have assessed the situation and decided that a response of running or fighting is appropriate.  That’s the flight or fight response.  When running or fighting is truly necessary then no problem, you’ll have the necessary abilities to perform that task.  But what happens when the response necessary is packing and leaving?  Or making sure you have the proper supplies on hand, or boarding up your windows is necessary?  If you do not temper your fear response, and channel it to the appropriate level for the challenge you are facing, then confusion arises.  That confusion might lead you to freeze or refuse to take action.  Because a confused mind will not make a choice.  And choices at this type of emergency moment are crucial to survival.  But not only are choices crucial, but the right choices are most important.

Working with a trained hypnotist, and learning how to do self hypnosis will give you the means to be able to adjust the level of whatever fear you are experiencing.  And by using self hypnosis prior to an expected natural catastrophe, such as Hurricane Irene, you can take the time to imagine what you would like to be doing during that emergency.  Such as calmly moving to a place of safety, perhaps higher ground.  Or preparing to have bottled water on hand and knowing where to store them for easy access.  Imagining what to do in the event that a tree might fall on a power line, or on your house.  Who you will be go to if your stucture should become unsafe to stay in.  This type of mental rehearsal, done while in self hypnosis, should be done with you always imagining yourself remaining calm and confident.  Because you are always in control of your imagination, you can direct your self hypnosis to how you would like it to turn out.  We call this perfect practice.

When you take the time to rehearse your responses, they become familiar to you, allowing you to be comfortable while making important choices.  Allowing you to remain confident in your actions.  And allowing you to be on top of your game when life threatening situations arise.

You can always seek out the help of a New York City Hypnotist to help you learn how to use your mind correctly prior to an emergency.  And if you had any bad experiences from natural disasters in the past that are lingering and causing you to jump to an uncontrollable fear based response, you can work with a New York City Hypnotherapist or Hypnotist to remove that unwanted fear based response.  Freeing you to live a more comfortable life.

How Hypnosis Can Help Earthquake Victims

Today, there was a rather large earthquake in the USA, in Virginia.  The center was reported to be close to the Richmond area and the effects were reportedly felt all the way up the East Coast into

The damage from earthquakes is more than structural

While buildings crumble, re building emotional stability needs attention

Canada.  I heard reports of some survivors of the Japanese earthquake and Tsunami of a few months ago, who now reside in NY, shaking in fear after today’s short quiver of the buildings where they work.

Earthquake hits New York City and Fear Hits Some

Are you now fearful of earthquakes?

This is a natural response after experiencing a trauma such as the horrible catastrophe that Japan has experienced.  But these people who develop this type of fear don’t have to be crippled by it, or be forced to live forever in expectation of what could happen if the earth suddenly erupted.

Hypnosis is an effective tool for working through emotion and feeling based responses.  It’s been documented in use for a very long time and became quite popular for shell shocked infantrymen during WW I.  The biggest of these type of emotional responses is known as fear.  Fear is the feeling that comes up when we humans are confronted with a sense of life or death.  And our natural response to fear is either to run or fight.

Since it is highly unlikely that another extremely large earthquake, like the one in Japan, should happen again, it could be debilitating to have to live with that fear continuously playing in the background.  And if you continually have an uneasy feeling as a result of experiencing a catastrophe, I can tell you that help is close at hand.

Using effective and simple hypnotic techniques, a skilled hypnotist or hypnotherapist can help to reduce or remove those uncomfortable responses.  The hypnotist is also able to help you to build a more appropriate response when faced with a life threatening situation.

So how can seeing a hypnotist accomplish all this?  Hypnosis is an extremely effective way of communicating with your feeling mind.  That’s the part of you that’s responsible for allowing you to feel any of your emotions.  And you know what emotions are for, don’t you?  No?

What Are Emotions For?

Our emotions are communications from our inner minds.  The part of us that’s responsible for protecting us from all real and perceived threats to our existence.  And each of our emotional responses has a specific meaning that’s meant to activate within us a protective response.  Those responses range from freezing entirely to exhibiting massive athletic feats far beyond those of mortal men.  (Not really, I just couldn’t stop myself from using a popular phrase from my childhood).  What I mean is that we can apply an uncommon physical response to emergency situations when deemed necessary by our inner mind.

You have probably read or witnessed a parent lifting a car off an injured child, or people running terribly long distances in situations that called for that extra uncommon physical prowess.  These types of things were spurred on by the emotions within that individual.  There was an urgency which was capitalized upon to exceed common abilities.

So we have these emotion based responses that are mostly learned by prior experiences.   What happens when our prior experiences prepares us for an event that will never happen again in our lifetime?  If we are involved in a lessor but similar event, then we will over react to what is happening and we might miss out on a life-saving response.

In order to respond to each situation based upon the level of urgency and importance, we first need to remove the reflexive desire to over react.  And that’s where hypnosis can be very effective.  By re-training the inner mind to respond in a more appropriate way, we can remove the fear and all of the accompanying uncomfortable feelings.  This allows us more flexibility in our responses, and provides us with the freedom that we really want.

You can find out more about the different types of fear that can be addressed using hypnosis by visiting this web page on fear hypnosis in NYC.

How Much Exercise Do You Need For Weight Loss?

Working with clients, it always comes up, do I have to exercise and how much exercise do I need to do in order to lose weight? The short answer is that you don’t need to do any exercise to lose weight, but if you want to make sure that you lose fat and not muscle, then you really should look to exercise.

For women who want to lose weight

Happy to be losing weight

And exercise has additional benefits as well. We have two circulatory systems in our bodies, the most commone being the blood circulatory system. This system comes with a pump (heart), so that the fluids are mechanically circulated through our bodies, adding and removing oxygen to each cell. The other system is the lymph system. And this system works without a pump. It has an intricate system of valves that keeps the fluids moving in only one direction.

you need less exercise than you think

increased activity like running doesn't need to be done for as long as you think

As we move or even breathe intensely, the fluids in the lymph system are agitated and move. As they are blocked from moving in one direction by the valves, they can only move in the direction of the intended flow of the system. When we do not move or breath with enough intensity, that fluid becomes stationary. It sits there. And the purpose of the lymph system is to remove the wastes from our body. It’s like the sanitation department of our body.

So regular exercise will result in us being, well, regular! And that’s a good thing. So we know that exercise is food for our health, but how does it help us to lose weight?

As I mentioned earlier, exercise is not crucial for weight loss. Just eating less often will stimulate weight loss without exercise. But when we lose weight through diet alone, we run the risk of losing muscle instead of fat. That will make it more and more difficult to lose weight. The more muscles mass we have, the faster our metabolism is. The faster our metabolism, the faster we process the foods we do eat. The faster we process the foods we eat, the quicker we remove those calories from our bodies.

Lose weight with exercise

Exercise is part of a smart program

But how much exercise do we need? Well for increasing the quality of our lives, it doesn’t take very much exercise. A new study done in Taiwan noted that we only need half the amount of exercise we thought we needed in order to improve the quality of our lives by lowering our health risk to certain illness and extending our lives up to 3 additional years.

This Asian study showed that as little as 15 minutes of exercise daily is sufficient to improve our health and lifestyle. Do you think you can devote 15 minutes a day to increased activity? Is 15 minutes a day a worthwhile sacrifice for your good health and happiness? Would you like to get help with your motivation to move and become healthier so you can reach your proper shape and size?

You can call me to discuss what you want to accomplish in your life and I’ll be able to see if you could benefit from working with me. How To Learn Hypnosis

This question comes up frequently from different people with differing goals and ideas in mind. Some people are looking to learn hypnosis to help them with a personal problem that they’ve been having trouble getting over. Some people are looking for a training in the methods of hypnosis to help them to start a new career and help many others to live a more satisfying life.

This post will deal with the former reasons that a person would want to learn hypnosis. To take care of their own health, behavior, and habits. When you learn hypnosis for yourself, you become more empowered in how to control your responses and actions.

Hypnosis is a trance like state of mind that when achieved allows you to use your imagination to effect how your body responds. So if you guide yourself into this trance like state and start to imagine yourself running on a ball field, your whole body will start to fire off neurons throughout your body as it would if you were actually running on a ball field.

What becomes really impressive about this type of thing is that while you are sitting or lying still, your body practices a behavior as if it is really happening. You are becoming familiar with a particular behavior without ever having to leave your seat or your bed. And whatever is familiar to us becomes easier for us to do. And that’s the real beauty of learning hypnosis.

You can learn hypnosis by reading a book about it. There are many manuals out there that will guide you in the right procedures to begin to experience a state of relaxation and then hypnotic trance. There are also recordings that you can listen to that when you follow the directions of the voice on the recordings will give you the experience of going into trance. And then while in trance the recorded voice might also supply suggestions to you for some aspect of your life that you feel you’d like to change.

One of the best ways of learning hypnosis is to visit with a hypnotist that will help you experience a trance state. As the hypnotist guides you into trance, they will have the ability to make sure that you have sufficiently reached a good level of hypnosis. A good hypnotist can also verify to you that you are in hypnosis, so you will know what the trance experience is all about. And a well trained hypnotist will also be able to provide you with a switch or trigger that will assist you in going into hypnotic trance on your own after you are no longer with them. So this is usually the best method of learning hypnosis because you will have removed all doubt about whether you’re doing it in a satisfactory way as well as knowing that you’ve achieved the state of mind that you have wanted.

You can learn self hypnosis to help you change and also start yourself on the road to change with a session or few from my office. Call me to discuss how I can help you solve your problem at 212 223-1832

Overcome Phobia – Hypnosis Can Help

Many people just like you suffer from fears and phobias. Phobias are considered different from common fears because they seemingly are irrational in behavior. That means that when we view the fear with our rational and analytical mind, the fear doesn’t seem to make sense. But whether you can make sense of your fear or not, the fact that you are getting a visceral response from the thought of it makes it very real to you. As you read every word of this post you will see how

Fear of Heights Phobia Hypnosis

Overcome Phobia with Hypnosis

The National Institute of Mental Health has concluded that there are almost 20 million American people suffering from one or more phobias. The list seems endless as to what an adult person can consider a fearsome stimulus.

Here are some of the most common types of phobias:

Acrophobia – Fear of Heights.

There is a difference between fear of heights and acrophobia. I think we all have a certain fear of being up high. Fear is a mechanism for preservation. And there is certainly a risk when we find ourselves in place where a slip in balance could lead us to putting ourselves at risk. So becoming fearful when in such a circumstance is a natural response of protection. It’s when just the thought of being in an elevated place elicits a fearful or panicked response, then it’s likely that you are dealing with a phobia.

Claustrophobia – Fear of Small Spaces

There is a large range of responses that have been categorized as claustrophobia. So if you start to feel a fear when you crawl into very small spaces where you are confined and would have difficulty turning around that is one level of fear of small spaces. There is the other end of the spectrum where you feel panic when the door to your room is closed. Again the really tight space fear can be considered a normal response to be restricted in movement. Again a preservation mechanism, because we are programed with two responses to aggressive behavior. One way that we can respond is by fighting, and the other way is by running. I’m sure you can see how being in a confined space would limit your ability to fight, and certainly eliminate your ability to run. So I don’t think being in a very confined space is necessarily a phobic response, just a natural protective measure.

Nyctophobia – Fear of the Dark

This is a common fear in children and may extend into adulthood. As with the two preceding phobias, this is your own protective measure taken to an extreme. One of the main ways that we protect ourselves is through our senses. When we use our senses we can detect danger before it is upon us and take action to make sure that we remain safe and alive. One of our main senses that we have learned to rely upon is our sight. Darkness severely limits our ability to see things, and there are animals that have superior abilities to see in the dark, which puts us at a disadvantage when we are faced with that type of challenge. The problem becomes more worrisome when, because we can’t see clearly we start to imagine some really bad consequences and we increase our fear response.

So as you can see these three top phobias, are really normal fears that have been allowed to expand and control our lives in unpleasant and unwanted ways. One of the ways that you can overcome your fears and phobias is with hypnosis and mental imagery. When you look at the way these fears and phobias take place, you will see a common link. They are all based upon fear, and our need to protect ourselves. They are survival mechanisms that are instinctual. The difference between the phobia and the fear is the extent that you allow your imagination to take hold and amplify that fear to an irrational level.

When you use hypnosis you can learn to use your imagination more effectively. A good hypnotist can relieve you of the patterns that you have been practicing and help you to build correct mental imagery that will assist you in remaining calm and balanced.

Stop Nail Biting – How to Stop Biting Nails with Hypnosis

Nail biting is considered a repetitive behavior that shows different levels of intensity. Some nail biters just nibble a little on their fingernails. Almost as if there is flavor that they are trying to get a taste of. Then there are people

Stop Nail Biting

You can stop nail biting and have the fingernails you want

who are nail biters that really go to town on their fingers. They not only bite their nails but also chew and bite the skin around their nails as well as the cuticles. And there is a vast range of behaviors between these ends of the spectrum.

Compulsive nail biting is not only about biting your nails, but the chewing and biting becomes so serious that it leads to bleeding , open sores that can become infected which can also lead to permanent disfigurement. These people usually also have some forms of OCD or other mental illness. This stems from an unconscious behavior that is also apparent in the common form of nail biting. Compulsive nail biting with OCD drivers are not very common. Many people who are nail biters are often unaware of when they bite their nails, so it becomes that much more difficult to put an end to the behavior.

It is thought that the cause of nail biting comes from the environment. Some think that there is a biological connection to this behavior as well. This could be a learned response passed on from parent to child, or spread around among other children.

There can be several reasons that people bite their nails. I have read conflicting reasons put forth by different psychologists.
Sometimes this is noted as a response to stress. Biting the nails acts as a way of soothing and calming the nail biter. It could be reducing stimulation.

And then on the other hand, biting your fingernails could increase your level of stimulation when you are bored. It could help to keep the person awake and aware.

Perfectionism has been claimed to be one of the reasons for nail biting as well. Trying to straighten out irregular shaped nails by biting them into shape. This causes far more problems with the way the nails end up looking than when they started out.

freedom when you stop nail biting

You can feel the freedom when you stop nail biting

There are three of these types of behaviors that are thought to be related. They are hair pulling, skin picking and nail biting. With each of these problems the common remedies seem to revolve around the same protocols.

With so many differing psychological reasons for nail biting, I get the feeling that psychologists really don’t know why people become nail biters. Their approach to helping nail biters also widely varies.

You can drug your self using anti depressants that are prescribed for people suffering from OCD. This is a mainstream approach for nail biters and you need to be under the treatment of a psychiatrist.

The current methods using psychotherapy revolve around re training the person to monitor and change their responses. The techniques involve habit reversal training. Using self monitoring the patient becomes aware of their behaviors, seeking to interrupt the behavior. Then there’s stimulus control which is a therapeutic way of changing a persons internal moods, and emotions.

A competing response is designed to supply the patient with an alternative to biting their nails. This approach usually is scheduled over a 3 or more month period. And usually takes over a year for the urges to fade away.

Nail biting hypnosis speeds up the process considerably. Depending upon what type of nail biting the client is experiencing, and how determined they are to stop the behavior they can stop biting their nails in the very first visit to the hypnotist. Others can take a number of sessions longer. The industry average that people see hypnotists to resolve their problem is 4 to 6 sessions. With habits residing in the subconscious mind, and with hypnosis being the premier way of communicating with your subconscious it’s no wonder that it works so much quicker.

Are you ready to solve your nail biting habit? Give me a call at 212 223-1832 and we can see what hypnosis approach is best for you.

What type of nail biting do you do? Let me know why you bite your nails and what you have done to help solve your problem. You could be helping others as well.

A Virtual Approach To Gastric Bypass Surgery

There’s an interesting post about virtual gastric bypass surgery that I found to be thought provoking.  It highlights parts of the process and it shows that it could be what happens after the surgery is more influential than what happens during the surgery. The post operative patient must comply with a specialized diet or risk complications including death and debilitating illnesses.

This seems like a drastic measure to get fat people to maintain a healthy diet.  Let me explain. The people who go in for gastric bypass surgery are self selected as those who can’t take control over their food choices.  That’s why they got morbidly obese in the first place.  To me it makes more sense to get them into a routine of the correct diet and exercise before the surgery and then, maybe they wouldn’t even need the surgery in the first place.

Putting people on restrictive diets is a proven way of reducing weight.  The surgery just makes it real dangerous for them to slip up and eat things they shouldn’t be eating in the first place.  But these are the very people who have been having those kinds of problems with control in the first place.  Why put them at risk and then teach them to be in control of their food choices?  Why not get them to be in control of their food choices first.  And then if necessary, after they can naturally eat smaller and healthier meals, do the surgery if still warranted.  It would be safer for the patients.

Well there’s a way that you can have both without th unneccesary risk of surgery and any complications that can develop.  It’s called a virtual gastric bypass.  You visit the hypnotist skilled at performing this process and using your imagination, they guide you through the operation.  You leave “knowing” that your stomach is smaller and you can’t possibly eat large amounts of food or you will vomit the excess.  You will feel sick at the thought of eating the wrong foods.  Isn’t this the kind of reponses that you want in order to lose weight?

With hypnosis you can have those kind of responses and quickly get down to your goal weight.  Get yourself into the healthy range.  And the cost of this virtual gastric bypass is about 5% of what the actual operation would cost you.  It’s a great alternative that needs some more attention.

What do you think about Gastric Bypass Surgery?

NYC Hypnosis-Can You Be Hypnotized?

Can I Be Hypnotized?

This is probably the most asked question of a practicing Hypnotist.  The purpose of this post is to dispel the myth around whether you can be hypnotized or not.  There is also some controversy over your ability to achieve various levels of hypnotic trance.  While I won’t be going into that topic right now, I want you to know that some recent studies have indicated that whether or not you benefit from your hypnosis session has nothing to do with the level of trance you are capable of experiencing.

NYC Hypnosis - Can I Be Hypnotized?

Can you be hypnotized? photo by spacey

You’ve probably read or heard that hypnosis is a natural state, and it is. It is a state of trance that almost all of us are familiar with. And I could assuredly say that includes you, because if you were not able to go into this trance state that we’re discussing, you wouldn’t be able to read this post as well. So I’ll amend my last statement to everyone reading this post. Yes, and that means you. You can, and do go into hypnotic trance every day of your life. There are many misconceptions and myths surrounding hypnosis. What it is, how it affects us, and what can and cannot be accomplished using it. There are some groups that would like to keep that confusion going. That way you won’t search for the answers to your problems with tools other than what they’re selling or providing. That’s fine for them, but not so fine for you.

The Truth About Hypnosis

The truth about hypnosis and the hypnotic state is that you own it, nobody else. No one can sell you your own hypnotic state. They can’t sell you something that you already own. Your  hypnotist can show you how to use your hypnotic state for your benefit. You probably already know how to use the hypnotic state incorrectly, so they’ll probably be showing you how to use it correctly. This education and training is only a part of what a hypnotist will do working with you to improve your life. With this information you will be in a position to take back control over your behaviors. Behaviors that seem to be outside of your control so far.

How Much Does It Cost?

This is a common question, probably because most people don’t know what to ask. They are so used to comparing purchases by price that this becomes their tool for comparison. Going to see a hypnotist is comparatively inexpensive. Especially if you compare it to what your problem has been costing you in real dollars over the lifespan that your problem has existed. Many people see a hypnotist to stop smoking or for weight loss so it makes sense to compare costs to these problems. Smokers spend thousands of dollars a year on just the cost of cigarettes. There are of course other additional costs associated to smoking cigarettes, most of these are never tallied up in the total cost of smoking. But they are real costs as well. Increased insurance costs, medical expenses, housing costs, pay scale loss (being passed over for jobs), lost sales (if your income involves selling of any kind), and many, many more. There are also social costs, self-esteem loss, confidence loss, and many other emotional strains associated with smokers.

I once met a retired gentleman who wasn’t able to move into the retirement community with golf course that he had planned because he was a smoker.  After his session with me he happily went on to a joyful golf retirement.

I could easily make a case for solid monetary expenses that are being borne by the person with any behavioral problem that has been ongoing for years. Think of the added expense associated with weight problems. Aside from the cost of the excess food consumed, all the other costs are relevant. And people who are having problems with their weight usually eat more food or consume more alcohol than they need. This is an added expense. I also think that fat people are going to be the new “smokers” of the future. They’ll be ostracized and shunned, and pressured into changing. The way that smokers are today. Especially when universal health care goes into affect  and we start to understand what being out of shape is actually costing the taxpayers. Society will not look kindly on those that are costing them additional money because they are out of control with their behaviors.

When you take an accounting of what your problem truly costs you in dollars and cents, you will see that a series of sessions with a hypnotist is quite affordable in comparison. In addition to saving you money, you just start to feel the freedom and control you wanted most if not all of your life. And it’s hard to put a price on that joy. If you don’t see the benefit of spending money on your own improvement, then you’re probably better off just continuing on the way you are. The change is probably not that important to you. And your own time is probably not that valuable to you or anyone else. Not meaning to be harsh, just realistic.

Not Everyone Can Be Hypnotized

You know how some people have told you that not everyone can be hypnotized? Well that is totally untrue. But it is true that not everyone will get the benefit of being hypnotized. One of the indicators of whether you’ll get the benefit as quickly, or at all, is if you see the value in your own improvement.  Some people initially appear to be price sensitive, but after  working with a competent hypnotist can be heard to claim that their hypnotist didn’t charge enough! Now that’s what I call massive value!

So your improvement mentally, spiritually, and physically is well worth the price, time and effort. All you have to do is make the decision to change and choose a knowledgeable and caring hypnotist to work with.
